This looks familiar...

Oh yes.... that's right.

So I kicked sugar/sweets for two weeks and damn the first few days were brutal. I didn't realize how addicted I was to the stuff... and what a tolerance I had built up! For the first week no other food seemed appealing to me, not even a delicious rare steak with mashed potatoes...

Finally 2 weeks pass and I celebrate on Vday with cookies and candies! GOOD RIGHT?!??

I felt so ill after eating sweets it was ridiculous. The thing I had been craving for so long ended up killing my insides. So now its Wednesday and usually within a 4 day period I would have eaten so many sweets things by now. But I can count on one hand how many sugar filled things I have had. The last thing I ate was chocolate crepes and that was Monday evening.... I think I'm good now. Sweets are now going to be an occasional thing, if even that.

Yay for being good to your body!
